Love not dealing with a cord!

Received this as a Christmas gift and love it. The only complaint I have is that there is no floor light on the unit. Other than that, no more dealing with cords and outlets, and the battery lasts long enough to vacuum my entire 1,900 sq ft home!

Clunky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this two weeks ago and assembled it and tried it out yesterday for the first time. First of all it is far clunkier and heavier than the other model I had and I don’t like it it’s too heavy for me and somethings weird with the charger so it’s on the mount and it only charges to bar is the third bar is continually flashing flashing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this because I have 2 pugs and live in a small rv and pug owners know they shed all the time that is why I don't wear black but this little guy cleans up all their hair and more just love it and highly recommend

Great vacuum, terrible battery life

Not a good primary vacuum, unless you live in a tiny space. We have a 1 bdr. and I'm lucky if I get through my kitchen, living-room and mayyybe the bathroom. I've never had enough battery life for our bdr. and you can forget about using it for dusting, baseboards, etc.
Great vacuum, but due to the battery life, it's not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that in your use, you've found the battery life to be too short. Your vacuum will come with standard and Max power modes. Our cordless models also have a run-time enhancing light touch trigger which ensures battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed. In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 30-40 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using. Having a shorter run time does sound unusual, and we'd value the opportunity to go over your machine with you.

I have owned many vacuum brands but never a dyson. This has to be the best vacuum I have used! So easy to use , so light weight. It picks up so much, can’t believe how dirty my carpet was before using my dyson

Lightweight, very easy to assemble/use

My wife bought this yesterday as a replacement for a much heavier "backpack" style vacuum and the difference is night/day. This is much easier to use, lightweight and portable, with very easy assembly. After the initial charge, up and running with no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!
