Should have purchased this first!

We purchase another brand a while back and it quickly wore out and was scratching our wood floors. This unit even thought expensive works beautifully. We have two large dogs and two cats so fur is a big problem this machine does a super job!

I never thought that cordless would make such a big difference, but it has beyond exceeded expectations. It is so easy to grab and go that I vacuum much more often. my boyfriend actually enjoys vacuuming with it!

Received my new Dyson V8 last week and I love it! It's so easy to attach and remove the power heads and accessories. This vacuum is very light to handle and makes vacuuming easier for me. I have shoulder problems so using a heavier, less maneuverable vacuum would be painful for me. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!!!

Easy to set up and operate. Had a problem with a dead battery that would not charge. Customer Service shipped a new battery and no problems. It actually seems to stay charged longer than most people mention on reviews. Having a large number of attachments is really good. Kids have another model and don't have as many attachments.

the best tool in the house

First we bought the V6 and loved it, then we heard about the V8 and then saw it. It has twice the running power, and it is incredible. It is the only vacuum we use, and we use it everywhere - in the house, in the car, outside. We have all hardwood floors in the house, so it is perfect.

Wanted a cordless vacuum that was lightweight and powerful. The V8 absolute fits the bill. Dyson never disappoints. Excellent product.

Expensive and does not come with all cleaning attachments. Wall mount will not hold enough attachments.
