I only have ONE regret about my purchase....THAT I DIDN'T DO IT YEARS AGO! I have only used it for a whole-house cleaning once since unboxing, but I am already in love. Everything about it screams quality. THANK YOU for making something so well worth the price.

We bought a Dyson cordless about 4 years ago and were so pleased with how well it operates that we decided to get a second one. (We keep one upstairs and one down stairs) I know we are lazy! The new one has the same great suction but also has a couple of new features. Very happy with it.

Cleaning up high cupboards

Moved in an apartment with high ceilings and dusty high closets. Was attempting to clean up with broom, dust and bunnies were flying all over, got the Dyson did the job with the extension no restraint since it is cordless and light, went on vacuuming the moldings, could have done it all night, after 40 minutes the battery needed recharging, the amount of dust was incredible after 3 years of neglect. Glad I splurged, it's pricey but delivers on every of its promises and that's priceless.

If you have a home that’s larger than 1500sqft, don’t get this vacuum. Get a higher end model. Battery does not last long. Besides that, awesome technology and machine. Best in the business for a reason. Engineering at its best.

Light and versatile

This is my second stick vacuum by Dyson and I love them. They are light and easy to use. The upright is great for carpets but the stick is better for hardwoods and throw rugs!

Light and powerful

I demonstrate this machine to everyone who visits. It picks up stuff that the old vacuum could not touch. The old vacuum was like driving a truck because it could only to in a straight line. This machine is like a magic wand. the swivel head is a joy to operate. It turns easily, vacuums right up to baseboards and can easily fit under furniture. How gratifying to see what it picks up in the clear plexiglass container.
I thought this would supplement the other vacuum. It is the future. We are giving the old one away.

So easy to clean up floors in a jiffy without a plug in and heavy machine.Wish it had a longer battery time is the only disadvantage, but just have to remember to vaccum for 30 minutes at a time.
