Best vacuum ever

I've had this two weeks and I had the v6 and the v8 is by fare ten times better more powerful and has a battery light to know when it needs charged
On low will fun for 20-30 min nonstop
And I'm a guy
Guy's hate cleaning just like anyone else it makes cleaning almost to be fun
I own 2 one for home one for work and my car
Best items I've ever bought
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible charge

The vacuum battery last maybe 30 min. The suction was sensitive and would stop randomly. Charging bracket was unusable because cord only worked a certain angle. Took longer to charge that worth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. This is Miella from Dyson. We're sorry to hear of your experience with your Dyson V8 Absolute cordless machine. The Dyson V8 provides up to 40 minutes of run time, depending on the mode or combination of modes, and tools used.
The V8 comes with two suction modes: powerful suction mode and max mode. Powerful suction mode is ideal for the majority of cleaning tasks and provides up to 40 minutes. The max mode is created to be a temporary boost of power for particularly stubborn messes, and provides a total 8 minutes of run time alone.
We designed the charging dock to house and charge the V8 machine. Sometimes, the charging pin can come slightly askew, which causes intermittent charging. When this happens, we recommend refitting the pin so it sits flush and can slide into the charging port of the V8 smoothly. The charge time from a completely depleted battery is 3.5 hours.

Absolutely love this vacuum. Soo light weight and easy to use. Love how well it sucks any and everything out of a rug or carpet - didn't realize just how much dirt my other vacuum was leaving behind. I highly recommend this to anyone!!

I love this machine with 40 minutes of cord free vacumning . It picks up dog hair and grit that the fur babies bring in. Thank you Dyson!

We have our Dyson for a few weeks and are in love!! It's so nice not having to drag the heavy vacuum and cord around the house!! Ours came with many accessories that we're just learning how to use!

Great suction. I vacuumed the entire LR and kitchen and still had lots of battery life left! Not sold on the tools though. Not good suction unless on Max
