Very disappointed

I wanted to love this vacuum, but it simply does not work, despite going through the parts replacement process with Dyson. It runs for a maximum of 30 seconds before starting to whir on and off and eventually dies. This happens no matter how clean it is (both the basket and the filter) or how well charged it is. I'm frustrated at having spent the money for it to simply not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love, Love, Love this vacuum!

This is the most amazing vacuum! I wish I had not waited so long to buy it as my life would have been so much easier! The suction is great and it is so easy to stay on top of the dust, dirt and dog hair. If you are on the fence about buying this, jump and buy it now! You will be glad you did.

Absolutely amazing vacuum and brilliant performance vacuuming on the stairs. I’ve also used it to clean out my car. It’s really portable and holds a good charge!
