I loved this machine until the trash disposing lid got stuck. Also it should have, or optionally have, a head without a brush for wooden floors.

This stick vacuum is the best purchase I ever made for home care products. I own a yellow lab and I hardly notice the pet hair. As long as I keep it charged, which is easy to do, I can run it whenever I want. Easy!

I love this vacuum! It is lightweight and moves well around corners and under things. The powerful suction is awesome! Wishing I had bought this sooner. Not crazy about how the canister empties, but I’ll get used to it. I definitely recommend this vacuum.

I wanted to love this vacuum, but it simply does not work, despite going through the parts replacement process with Dyson. It runs for a maximum of 30 seconds before starting to whir on and off and eventually dies. This happens no matter how clean it is (both the basket and the filter) or how well charged it is. I'm frustrated at having spent the money for it to simply not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love, Love, Love this vacuum!

This is the most amazing vacuum! I wish I had not waited so long to buy it as my life would have been so much easier! The suction is great and it is so easy to stay on top of the dust, dirt and dog hair. If you are on the fence about buying this, jump and buy it now! You will be glad you did.
