I am very impressed with this little machine. It's cleaning power is astounding. The only drawback that I have found is that the battery doesn't last very long. I wish it was made with a lightweight cord.

I wanted an handheld vacuum that could handle daily use that could work on wood floors and carpet AND could handle a LOT of pet hair. So far, this machine has been exactly what I needed.

Light weight - but works great - like my old dyson

I am not happy with the hand grip. the blue part of the motor rubs the base of my thumb - the joint/knuckle closest to my palm.

Performance is excellent, in fact, better than I expected. I have 3 other Dysons and I find myself using just this one for everything. Cleaning-wise, this Dyson excels...no job is too big. Durability and Reliability - what I have come to expect from a Dyson. It never fails to disappoint me, no matter what I ask of it. Am considering this Dyson as Christmas gifts for my grown children.

It's an innovative vacuum that is easy to use and to interchange attachments. Good sucking power and very easy to empty cannister. Only complaint is the air blowing from the motor is so powerful that it blows the dust and dog hair that I am trying to vacuum

Best vacuum ever!

I am limited physically and my old vacuum was difficult for me to use. My new Dyson is amazing! Lightweight yet very powerful. I love that it is so versatile that I can use it anywhere!! So easy and convenient.

Battery Life on the Dyson V8

This is one awesome vacuum. It will vacuum better than my central vacuum. One of the selling points was the 40 min. lithium battery. It doesn't matter how I use it, {11 minutes} running time is all I can get out of this battery. For the money spent on this vacuum the battery life sucks. {no pun intended}
