Wish battery lasted longer

Absolutely love this vacuum and how it picks up and is cordless. The battery doesn’t last long enough to do my whole condo so I have to have a second vaccum

Disappointed !

I couldn’t wait to purchase my first Dyson!! I have 3 dogs and thought this vacuum was the answer to my prayers.. The vacuum is very versatile and durable but I thought suction power would be stronger and the battery life is extremely disappointing. For the $ spent was very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love how it's completely modular, so you're able to attach any of the tools to the end of the wand, or the bin, for ease of use.
Your vacuum, while smaller, lightweight and cordless, can still pack the same power as a corded vacuum cleaner. This will all be thanks to the powerful V8 motor which spins at 110,000rpm, providing you with powerful suction. Your V8 also comes with two suction modes for use with cleaning any size mess around your home. Right out of the box, the machine is set to Max power, which provides a generous boost of suction. This boost is ideal for larger debris or more stubborn messes. The trade-off, however, is just about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction mode, which was designed for everyday household vacuuming, offers up to 30-40 minutes of fade-free run time, depending on whether a motorized tool is being used.

This vacuum did work great for a while but after using the attachments have gone out. Honestly I don’t even know what is going on with the product anymore. My mom has the same vacuum and my attachments work with her vacuum, her attachments work with my vacuum BUT my attachments do not work with MY vacuum which is what I need.

Sooooo Pleased - Love My Dyson

This vacuum is the BEST!!!! It is quiet, has unbelievable suction, is easy to empty, weighs very little, is so maneuverable and fits under dressers and night stands. And did I say cat hair disappears with just one pass over. The Dyson V8 Absolute is worth every penny, especially for pet owners.

Great Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

Convenient and maneuverable. Battery is sufficient to clean 2,000 square-foot house. One complaint/suggestion: change the trigger switch so that it does not have to be held to keep the vacuum on.

I purchased my V8 Absolute after buying my Daughter In-law a V6 Animal. Everyone that sees it hanging on the wall wants to use it. The accessories have us cleaning things that we never considered before. My wife loves that she can now vacuum over her head.
