My Dyson

This is a very powerful, yet very light vacuum. The swivel head is a dream and the wood floor attachment works like magic. The suction actually pulls things out of tight corners and makes the work of cleaning floors a dream. I have used this every day since I received it as a gift. Now I couldn't live without it or at least wouldn't want to. Wish it still had a little more power up time but still amazing!!

The vacuum is an excellent tool. This will make my third one which gives me one in the garage, basement and upstairs. I could not give it five stars because I have tried to replace the batteries in my old units and Dyson shows out of stock. The off brand batteries only last about six months. Customer support goes beyond the initial buy of the product in my mind so I am suggesting that Dyson make the replacement batteries available.

I have 7 Dysons between vacation homes and my own house. My collection started about 8 years ago. Each year, Dyson improves its technology with cordless vacs. This is by far my favorite out of my collection. QUIET and long battery life make it a step above the others.

Great for a Stick

Great suction like 2 Previous Dysons (Original Animal & Ball). Easy to care for. Power was maintained over 1400 sq ft home with carpeting, tile & wood. Purchased the V8 due to start of arthritic hands. Really lightweight and thin enough to get underneath most furniture. The only drawback I experienced was the need to maintain pressure on the power button. Great idea to get better use of stored power but would be nice to have a "lock option". Made a sore on my top thumb joint. Will use gloves or pad the area, if necessary. Otherwise, have loved the Dyson's clean filtered air and power since 2004.

I bought this for our house last month and will admit I've not yet used it. My husband and daughter think it's great and they are super picky. I look forward to learning about it and trying it.

Amazing vacuum cleaner

This Dyson V8 is absolutely amazing!! I love it. No more back aches while vacuuming! It is great on hardwood, tile and carpet. I think the best feature is that it’s cordless and so easy to empty. No bags to deal with. I had an issue with the first Dyson purchased in November 21, the leaver would not open to dump the waste. Dyson sent me a new one in about 10 days. Great customer service.

I could immediately tell the difference between this and my previous vacuums...the set up was easy...clean up even easier and was dummy proof for me. So excited for this purchase!
