Best Dyson price to performance ratio

Now that we've used this for 6+ months I like this model more than our previous Dyson big ball vacuum. Great for switching between area rugs, hardwood floors and tile. Even though it's beautiful enough to hang on the wall, we keep it in the garage plugged in. The suction is terrific and duration of charge on High Suction gets through our 1600 sqft house. The Carry & Clean kit is a really nice extra, glad we got it. The mechanism for emptying the bin is a tad janky and sticks, but with a bit of fiddling and some choice words it eventually opens. I developed blisters on the knuckle of my thumb and side of my index finger from contact friction with the base until I learned how to adjust my grip so those areas don't support the weight of the entire unit. This makes my arms tire sooner, but hey, I'll have nice guns.

My husband bought this for me, an early Mother's Day gift. We don't have animals, just wood,& tile floors with throw rugs, so he thought this would help. I had an old trusty HEAVY vacuum. I love the Dyson light weight, the power, and the versatility. The only thing I don't like it having to hold the "TRIGGER" down the whole time you vacuum. Arthritis prevents me for vacuuming for very long, I have to do a small area then stop. Rest, then start, then stop.

I love this vacuum so much! It makes housework so much easier.I love it so much that my friend bought 1 and buying 1 for each of kids for Christmas.My Father had 1 similar but didn't like it so he also bought 1.

Never before have I been able to lift my vacuum cleaner with one arm and without huffing and puffing. That is the best part. In addition to this magnificent feature, it does its job quite well. It picks up dirt, even spilled finely ground coffee. I could not recommend this machine more highly.

I’m so glad I made the decision to get this vacuum. I’m in shock. This vacuum picks up an ungodly amount of debris. I could not believe it. Everyone needs a Dyson vacuum. I have a German Shepard/Siberian husky dog who sheds an insane amount and this picked it all up and more with ease. I love my Dyson. Very happy with purchase. The only thing is the run time says 40 min but it was more like 10 minutes. I was only able to do 1 room, a rug, and 1/2 a room on full charge.

I loved my earlier Dyson stick - I had it for 6-7 years. I had recommended it to everyone I know. It started not acting well - power interruptions to the brush - so I decided to buy new rather than fix it. I can't believe the difference. The battery lasts longer. The suction is more powerful. I am in love with how it empties! I can't believe the new attachments that are available. It really sucks up dog kibble! Easily! Why would anyone push around a heavy corded vacuum when this is available? No complaints at all.
