Great vacuum

I love the light weight and the trigger on and off switch. It’s easy to empty and change the different tools. We have a 1680 sq ft house and I can vacuum the whole house carpet and ceramic floors on one charge and I empty it twice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned the V8 Absolute for about two hours.
Mounted the charging station wall base.
A wall mounted tool storage bracket for the three leftover tools that cannot be stored either on the machine or on the charging base would be nice. There is dead space behind the main pipe that hangs from the machine. I will find a series of hooks/brackets and make a storage place for the tools.
The photo here shows what I am talking about. Duct tape optional.....

I received this as a Christmas gift and so far I'm really enjoying it. It is so easy to handle and does a great job. I'm surprised at how quiet it is.
As a senior in a limited living space I enjoy the lightweight design and compact storage. Great addition to the household!

Amazing product just like always

We own a 14 year old original dyson, which I still love. But I've been wanting something that is easy to take upstairs and use on the hardwood floors. Omg what an amazing vacuume! I'm so thrilled with it! We have hard woods all over the house up and down, with area rugs to break up the rooms. This cordless can tackle it all!!! It's beyond perfect for us. The only only suggestion I could make is for there to be an actual on off switch instead of holding down a trigger. My trigger finger gets tried after a while. But....other than that it's still awesome.

Great Cordless Vacuum

Have owned our Dyson V8 Motörhead extra for two weeks. Great vacuum for power, ease of operation, versatile vacuum. As a scientist, I can say well-engineered and quality construction at a reasonable price..

Simple to use and store

We have had this unit for a couple of weeks now and enjoy using it. It converts quickly from hand vac to floor and carpet vac. Pics up Corgi fur, pine needles from the Christmas tree and everything else quickly. Wish there was an accessory rack but that is really not an issue. We are very happy with our selection.

Haven’t had it long, but seems to do its job. Main use is dog hair on the carpet and pine needles tracked into the thr entryway.

Needs Frequent Recharging

I love everything about this vacuum except the short amount of time between charges. Yes, you get 40 minutes of time on regular suction, but with two dogs I often need the super suction option. But, that only allows me 15 minutes per charge. I didn't realize this when I made my purchase. I will say it has worked well with no issues since we bought it 2 years ago. I'd definitely buy another Dyson, but it will be a corded one next time. :)
