Great Design

I have the Dyson V8 for a couple of weeks and used it mainly for smaller jobs. While I cannot speak on the long term experience, as an architect myself I must say that I am truly impressed with the Dyson’s attention to industrial design from the engineering of the vacuum itself to packaging and even down to the instructional manual. No wonder all other brands imitate Dyson. I guess imitation is the greatest compliment.

Handy little vacuum

Great little vacuum! Versatile, tile to carpet. Awesome for stairs. 2 wishes, for the battery to last longer and trigger to turn on, without the requirement to be held while vacuuming.

With 3 dogs in the city we accumulate a lot of dust and this knocks it right out. quiet and easy to use. Hides out of sight. Does the same job our larger Dyson did with a fraction of the weight.

So glad I decided to pay a little extra and get this. I have bought cheaper vacuums in the past and they just don't last or do the job to keep up with my 2 dogs tracking in and out all day long. I have to vacuum at least twice daily and hated hauling out the vacuum and plugging it in and working around the cord. With my Dyson I just grab it and go. It picks up everything no problem and even makes mopping easier. Absolutely no regrets!

Best vacuum ever!!!

I have the Dyson 44 animal which is great but the new V8 is incredible no hairs tangle in the floor roller and very strong suction. Easy to steer moves smooth on my hardwood floors. Words can't explain I love it.

Love the ease of use without a cord! Works great on carpet, tile and wood floors. Attachments are great....especially for cat hair!

Battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a fan of Dyson and I only used Dyson vacuum. I want to try cordless stick vacuum that get a some result of upright vacuum. I hate to stated that the battery life was way to shorter than what Dyson said. I was so exciting to use it V8 Absolute and result, I hate to say return. I couldn’t even finished ONE room to clean. It literally gives 10 mins to clean the room.
I would recommend this to a friend!
