Unbelievable Suction!

My brother and his wife purchased this for us and we haven’t stopped doing the chores! We fight over who gets to use the vacuum! The suction is superb!

Love the attachments!

I thought I would have a hard time with this vacuum, as I have such an arthritic hand. It works so well, and is so easy to navigate, that I have no problem switching to my other hand if my right hand gets too tired. I love the fact that I can vacuum under my bed. I love this vacuum!

Love the ease in switching the handy attachments, the reach of the hard floor attachment, and how easy it is to empty the collection canister. Super happy with this purchase.

The Best Vacuum Ever!

This vacuum is lightweight, has extraordinary cleaning power, and easily adapts to every corner and crevice. It amazes me how much more is vacuumed up with this Dyson model, compared to my former upright model of another brand. I highly recommend this vacuum!

Great vacuum

My son purchased this for me. It is so easy to use…upstairs, downstairs and outside to the car. I don’t think I ever would have purchased this for myself but am grateful for this gift. Given my age it is incredibly easy to use.

I have not found battery life to be a problem, but I use it for only about 15 minutes at a time, and usually store it on the charger in between uses. Have not yet tested it to see how long I can use it without charging. Suction is great at max setting...I seldom bother with the lower setting except to suck up crumbs from the table without disturbing paperwork.

A very expensive dust buster

I bought this for my new house thinking it would be convenient to carry around the house. The suction power is nothing like my old Dyson upright vacuum I bought 18 years ago. It was heavy as a pile of bricks, but wow, so powerful. The V8 Cordless is kind of like an expensive toy. It clogs very, very easily from carpet fibers, and the canister is tiny. I should have bought a dustbuster for my upstairs and a proper upright or canister vacuum for the whole house. This is kind of a joke honestly. It's fine if you're super rich and want a fancy dust buster, otherwise, I'd avoid it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the cordless V8 absolute

i absolutely love this vacuum- was surprised at the animal fur and dust that it picked up even after using my canister vac- wish I had known about the Dyson before purchasing the canister- I purchased the cordless to take up the slack of the canister- I used this other brand for years- but will stick with Dyson-Love it
