Battery Life is terrible. Lucky to get 10 min worth of use before it needs recharged.

Enjoying cordless

Just got it so I have used it once but I can tell Its going to be a welcome addition to my home. I was skeptical at first even reading reviews but decided to buy it
And give it a try. I have health issues that make using the traditional vacuum hard on me. It cleans really good,suction is great. Used it on my kitchen floor and have a whole house of carpet thats laid down not throw rugs,it did a great job on both. Floor types. Love the attachments, they did a good job,I especially like the Small roller one for pet hair on my stairs,made it easy to do.
Would recommend this to everyone.

Just What I need

It took a few days to realize this V8 is the vacuum cleaner I need for my studio apartment and shedding cat. I have hardwood and tile floors. The machine is perfect for quick pick ups and for general vacuuming. The car is not near electrical outlets. So the tools make the V9 perfect for cleaning the mats as well as all the tight spaces.

Best ever

I have had a few brand name cordless vacuums, but never a shark. This vacuum is fantastic it picks up dog hair like crazy. It is so light and easy to use. And I love the small moterized head for the furniture. It is so light and easy I can use it every day. It is definitely a sealed vacuum container and easy to empty. My other cordless vacuums always had hair and dust around the canister and vacuum head. So as I was cleaning some dirt was escaping back in the air. Not with the dyson v8 it is definitely a five star. I will never own other type of vacuum again. Love it!!!!

LOVE my vac!

I've been using my V8 for a year now and I'm still in love with it! It's lightweight, powerful and does the job. It's so easy to use! And the customer service is wonderful too. I had an issue with it no longer sucking up the dirt. A rep and I troubleshooter it for at least 15 minutes, and he ended up sending me new parts, which resolved the issue. Thank you for your great warranty, service and product!

Received the V8 for my Birthday. Absolutely love this vacuum! Great suction and so easy to use! The charge lasts long enough for me to vacuum my entire home. Also works great to vacuum our vehicles.

I bought this over a month ago and really like it. I have vinyl plank, wood and carpets. The battery has lasted as long as the 40 minutes, and I tend to use it to spot clean for 5 every other day, so it lasts three weeks really for what I need. Emptying the dust cup is easy, charging is quick. I have not permanently set up a charging station, but will. I like it better than the corded shark I had previously- that was louder and not as nimble on floors.
