I bought a Dyson for my daughter a couple years ago and she loves it and finally got one for myself. Much easier to use than old corded vacuum therefore I use it more often and actually enjoy vacuuming! Great for vacuuming my upholstered furniture. Love everything about it!

Really happy. Easy to empty. Good performance. Nice feature to get under tables etc. My wife loves it and she is quite particular. Only slight suggestion would be add some led lights on the attachment.

Thank goodness, a vacuum without a cord with great suction power.
The only problem I had was that the bottom of the catch all cylinder would accidentally open for some reason. I don't know if I had hit the button to empty out the waste cylinder or i didn't shut it proper. I also enjoyed not having to lug around a heavy vacuum .

Incredible capabilities for a cordless vacuum

I bought the Dyson because I wanted a lightweight cordless vacuum for everyday vacuuming without having to drag out my whole house vacuum unit. I find I get the same power out of the Dyson V8 as I am accustomed to from my whole house unit. My only complaint is I wish Dyson would engineer a removable battery because I use up the fixed battery life before completing my vacuuming especially on the full power mode. I would love to switch batteries like I can on my cordless weed wacker and hedge clippers. It takes hours to recharge the built in battery. I would also like a taller tube between the vacuum and beater brushes. I am 6' 3" and I would like to have it telescoping to add a few more inches. It's so easy to dump the dirt out of the collection vessel.

Easy to clean. Easy to change the parts. Easy to empty and easy to charge. Can hurt the finger when pressing the on button. The charge only lasts about an hour. Charges fairly quickly.
