Great Vacuum

In its first use, this vacuum was easy to us and it cleaned amazingly. The charge held strong throughout. The connections are high quality and work like a dream. A few uses in, and I love the versatility, ease, and quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Bin

The new bin release is the best new feature on this release. Finally, you don't have to take the thing apart to get rid off all the stuff in the bin... it lifts up and everything falls out. Part of the cyclone is metal instead of that mesh and so it also cleans out better. And it's a lot quieter.

It is OK

My smaller V-6 Animal one died. This one is a lot heavier. Have rubbed a blister in my thumb just vacuuming. There was a.bare-floor tool with the other one that I loved, because you could maneuver under & around objects really well. The carpet/floor head on this brush is too bulky for that. I would recommend this one with these reservations

Well, it's pretty good as you know it.
I tasted New World.
However, it is a little uncomfortable to clean the dust bottle.
Open it several times and shut it down. It's getting out of the dirt.
But the other parts are great.
This is South Korea. I heard that the after-sales service is inconvenient.
If you increase the number of users in Asia, please send me a technician.
Well, I have to go now
Can I just buy my hair dryer?

I’m in LOVE with a VACUUM

I have been on the hunt for the perfect everyday picker-upper for my hardwood floors. I needed something to get all the crumbs, dust, and dirt up from everyday messes. I have tried multiple other vacuums, mops, combos, etc, but nothing was streamlined enough to be easy. THIS IS THE ANSWER TO MY PRAYERS AND SO MUCH MORE!!!
It gets everything off my floor in just one pass! From cat litter, to crushed chips, to invisible dust, it gets it ALL. It’s so lightweight and easy to use I can zip all around my house everyday in less than 10 minutes. I doubt I’ll ever need the full 40 minute charge time.
Now let’s move on to attachments. It came with SO MANY! Way more than any of the other competitor’s ever give you. The soft dusting head is my absolute favorite. It truly gets every speck of dust off my floors. And the plastic wall mount holder that comes with it? GAME CHANGING. It was so easy to install & it is compatible with its charger- so no fumbling with the cord! This along with the small & lightweight size of the vacuum makes it perfect for small spaces. I have mine stored in between the wall and my washing machine.
Seeing that this is my first Dyson product ever, I can confidently say I will never buy another brand of vacuum again. It’s 1000% worth the money. Dyson, I think I’m in love with you.

Meets (high) expectations

A welcome gift. The vac works very well for everything (cat hair, dust, dirt, leaves, kitty litter scatter) and I haven't hit the limits of the battery power yet. The trigger is a bit uncomfortable for me. I like the charger/holder, but I wish that there was an accessory that would store >all< of the various parts neatly. Otherwise, a real hit.
