Lightweight vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Readyclean cordless vacuum has been a great lightweight, mid-range option. One of its biggest advantages is how light it is. I was even able to use it comfortably shortly after my C-section. Despite its lightweight design, the suction exceeded my expectations and performed well on both hardwood floors and carpet.
It easily picked up everyday messes from my toddler, as well as dog hair, making it a reliable choice for daily cleaning. The battery lasted long enough to clean both my living room and kitchen. My only complaint is that it tends to shut off when used on my shaggy doormats. Other than that, it’s been an effective and convenient vacuum that I’d recommend for routine household cleaning.

Perfect for smaller clean ups on wood floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has been a go to for my daily maintenence on my wood floors. Some of my favorite features are its ability to stand up on its own, the head of the vacuum is small enough to fit under small spaces, and being able to use it as a handheld vacuum as well. Its lightweight, so its easy to maneuver around the house. I have 3 cats and a toddler, so I find myself constantly trying to keep up with fur and crumbs- and this vacuum has done a great job with that. I have both wood floors and carpet, but I only use this vacuum on my wood floors. It doesn't seem to have a strong enough suction to deeply clean my wall to wall carpet, or my area rugs. I recommend this vacuum for anyone who has hardwood or tile in their homes, and wants the freedom of a cordless vacuum for quick and easy clean ups. Keep in mind that you may want to have a stronger suction vacuum when it comes to a heavier deep clean.

Convenient Versatile Efficient Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not know how much I needed this vacuum until I realized I was using it every day. When trying it out for the first time, I started in the kitchen. That's the place of nonstop crumbs, and I was very happy with this vacuums ability to get under and around the chairs and island. I was almost able to get it under the island completely, which usually requires a broom or a vacuum attachment. It is so easy to maneuver!! It is also called Lightweight for a reason. It takes very little effort to push and pull this vacuum. The fact that it's cordless is also the greatest game changer for our upstairs rooms. We have a converted attic space with very little outlets and lugging up a full size vacuum is probably my least favorite chore. There is a child bedroom and a small play/craft room upstairs that is usually messy from paper shreds, fabric scraps, yarn bits, etc. i decided after a couple times cleaning up messes that I might like to keep it as the upstairs vacuum. It's never been so clean. It is able to effectively clean the rug because of the rug function which is always the hardest to keep clean. As stated earlier, it maneuvers well with its tight turn radius and ablilty to be nearly flat so it gets under the beds and desk area. I haven't even mentioned that it covers to a dust buster! Without more than a second, I can click the dust buster part off the main frame to suction any dust or lint off the mattresses! Like I said it's really helped me keep the kids's room clean. Because it's cordless, I can just get the whole upstairs done without unplugging and moving the cord around. I also have a tendency to move in circles so this has been much safer not getting twisted in cords. I completely recommend this for anyone with a lot of small rooms, kids who craft, people who sew or crochet, who need to clean up quickly without the hassle a big vacuum. Even my eldest daughter likes using it! My youngest likes the bust buster. All around it's been a great addition and help to our daily chores!

Light but mighty for small messes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V may be my new daily vacuum! Having a toddler and cats it often feels like the messes are never ending, but busy evenings don’t leave me thrilled to pull out the full sized vacuum. This one is light enough to make the chore easy and goes long enough on one charge to get through the family areas without a cord tying me down! My husband said it turns on a dime, and I agree. The Bissell ReadyClean does great on our carpets and laminate, and fits well under furniture. I love the option to use it as a handheld when I need to clean chips and other snacks off the couch! Although deeper messes can need going over a few times this vacuum is awesome for daily use for small families with pets!

Perfect for Everyday Messes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compact vacuum is perfect for everyday use. It is incredibly lightweight and nimble. I tend to clean as messes come up throughout the day, and found this to be a game changer when it comes to convenience and versatility. Crumbs under the dining room table? The head of the vacuum swivels slightly to reach in between chair legs. Debris on the couch? Go handheld with the click of a button, and pop in the upholstery attachment. With a quick switch to the crevice tool for cobwebs and narrow spaces all of those pesky little tasks that tend to build up have been taken care of in a matter of seconds. I have mostly hardwood floors downstairs with large, low-pile rugs. This vacuum moves flawlessly from surface to surface. Two two-way handle also allows for easy cleaning under couches. I have never seen this feature in a product before.
The Readyclean plugs in to a wall outlet to charge and lasts long enough to get at least one floor of a house done. I love how easy it is to tuck away when not in use.
Overall, I'm very impressed by this vacuum. I have used it daily since receiving it and now consider it an essential for my everyday routine.

Handy Little Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V is a great vacuum for quick, small jobs around the house. It is very light and super easy to carry around wherever you need to go. Because it is so light and maneuverable you can get around, or under, furniture easily. We have both hardwood and carpet flooring. On hardwood it was very effective at small, dry messes. It quickly found its home near the dining table to give a quick clean after toddler meal times. On carpet it works ok, but had to go over some spots a few times, even on a small pile rug. The fact that it detaches as a handheld vac is certainly the best part. It is supremely useful, and can grab it for a quick clean up almost anywhere. It is not going to be used for big jobs or cleaning the whole house – the battery life is true as advertised, about 20 minutes, and it just doesn’t have the suction for a deep carpet cleaning. It is small and easy to store, but it doesn’t really have a place to hold its two attachments for storage. The attachments are only for use in handheld mode, and when used on furniture they sometimes fall out when pulling across the fabric. Emptying is painless because the collection bin comes right apart in a few pieces to make it easy to get out all the dust and dirt. It’s convenient that the roller bar comes out of the base to clean. Overall, a fantastic vacuum for the small, every day messes.

Powerful and Kid Approved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our overall impression of the Bissell ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V is that it is an easy to use and versatile vacuum that has become a staple in our family cleaning routine. It seamlessly transitions between hardwood, tile, and carpets all in a single session without missing a beat. One of my favorite features is how lightweight it is; it's so easy to carry up and down the stairs, and is manageable enough that even our younger boys can comfortably use it to help with daily vacuuming. Don't let this size fool you, the suction is plenty powerful for everyday messes, picking up everything in our house from spilled food to dog hair.
Maneuvering around the house is also a breeze thanks to the 2-way folding handle that lets you slide the vacuum flat under couches and furniture. It also has swivel steering that makes it glide nicely over your floors. We get a lot of use out of the removable hand vacuum and its crevice tool, which makes quick work of cleaning stairs, getting in tight corners, and detailing the carseats. Our only real complaint is battery life. The 10.8V battery doesn't quite have enough runtime to handle more than one floor of the house at a time, forcing a pause to recharge. Ultimately if you are looking for an excellent, highly versatile, and lightweight vacuum that gets the whole family involved in keeping your house tidy, this vacuum is a fantastic choice.

Easy to keep main areas tidy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently in my third trimester of pregnancy and having this vac has been a life saver. Our house consists of majority hard wood and tile flooring and this vac is the perfect lightweight tool to help me clean up after my two older kids and dog. It picks up hair, crumbs, and more while allowing me to quickly cover a large majority of our living spaces. Because of the lightweight design my 5 and 3 year old enjoy helping to vacuum too! (A bonus in my book!) Another place that this vac excels is on our stairs. Dust and hair quickly removed from each step and doesn’t leave dust in the air like a broom would.
The suction strength is more than enough for hard surfaces. It handles small crumbs and everyday messes. It does not clean as well on rugs and carpet, but for what we need it for it does an amazing job! I also really like the detachable feature, I can reach up high for things like spider webs and easily clean off chair cushions after meals.
Another feature that I love about this vac is its ability to reach under small spaces. We have radiators in our house, and this vac fits right under them with ease. With that said it also fits nicely under chairs, tables, cabinets, etc.
The vac is something that I couldn’t do without at this stage of life. The small lightweight design paired with the excellent battery life, and ability to clean up after my family in quick order is something that I really appreciate!
The vac is great for anyone looking to quickly keep their main living spaces tidy with minimal effort to lug around a vacuum!
