Great for kids and pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this little vacuum!
PROS:
*Super convenient, compact, and lightweight. It doesn’t take up much space and the top 1/2 of the long handle easily folds down so it could be stored in a variety of places.
*Strong suction! I was surprised by how strong it was since it is basically a small handheld vacuum that fits into a larger vacuum frame. It even picked up bits of pretzel and cereal!
*Easy to use! Every part of it is easy and intuitive to use. Emptying the dirt cup is a breeze. Separating the handheld portion from the rest of the vacuum is so easy. Folding the handle down is simple and obvious.
*Easy to charge and to see when charged or running low on power because it has a light!
CON:
*The brush roll (which I love, btw - it’s so easy to turn on and off) gets hair wrapped around it easily. This is a common problem with vacuums, but we have 4 long-haired girls in the house so it’s a thing for us.
Overall, I really love this vacuum for our hard floors and low mats/carpet. It cleans so well and is fast and easy to get out and use. It’s quickly become our go to. We don’t even sweep anymore, just grab the little vacuum.

Innovative concept with several drawbacks
on June 30, 2026
Posted by: Christine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first took the Readyclean Cordless 2-in-1 vacuum out of its box, I was struck by its unique design. I've seen many products advertised as "two in one" or "three in one" but this vacuum lives up to the claim just in its appearance alone - the small handheld vacuum is literally built into the larger upright one. I have never seen anything like it before. Essentially the large vacuum acts as a casing for the smaller one. It's an innovative concept for sure but I soon found out the upright vacuum is lacking in features I depend on.
The vacuum needs to be charged before first use, and the owner's manual said this will take 4 hours. To charge the vacuum, the entire machine needs to be connected the wall outlet. This is less than ideal since I would prefer to have a removable battery pack that could be charged separately while keeping the vacuum stored away. However, the vacuum did charge in under 3 hours, so I was pleased with that.
I then realized that nowhere in the owner's manual does it indicate how long the vacuum will actually last on a single charge. I find this frustrating especially as a first time user with no idea of how long I can clean or if my vacuum will suddenly "die." The manual states that the light will blink red when the battery is low without explaining what means or how much time is left. To me, this is a serious omission of crucial information and not something that anyone wants to be surprised by mid-cleaning!
The vacuum also has only one suction level - it's either on or off. I have both carpets and hardwood flooring in my house, as well as small area rugs, and I like to be able to control the suction level based on the surface being cleaned and how messy it is, but there are no settings for this. Furthermore, the vacuum does not have any lighting built into it, which I desperately need to illuminate the dirt on the floor when I am cleaning. This is a major drawback for me personally and made it nearly impossible to tell if the vacuum was actually picking up any dirt, hair, or dust.
As for what I did like, the swivel head is nice and the vacuum definitely feels like it has a lot of suction power, even though it's hard to see what exactly is going on. I emptied the canister several times so clearly it was collecting the cat hair and dust on my floor. I had no issues with it getting clogged with hair or stuck on area mats, which can be problems with other vacuums. The head of the upright vacuum is very low to the ground and easier to get under furniture than most vacuum heads, which tend to be wider and taller.
The vacuum really excels in its handheld form with the two attachments. I love that I don't have to hold down the button while it's in use. The attachments are a little clumsy in that they don't "snap" into place in the machine, but they do stay put. The long attachment works well for getting into crevices and the upholstery attachment works well for couches and chairs.
Because the handheld vacuum performs exactly as it should, but the upright vacuum has so many drawbacks that impede its practical use, I can't help feeling like the larger vacuum exists to be more of a gimmick for the "2-in-1" concept than an actually useful tool. With no lighting, no battery usage indicator, and no power settings, it has too many design flaws to be useful as a whole-house vacuum. Meanwhile the handheld vacuum performs so well that the upright vacuum feels like a large inconvenient case for the smaller one. And while I was impressed with how compactly the vacuum folds down, I didn't find it to be particularly "lightweight," either. Personally I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone except maybe college students in a dorm room or small apartment where space is very limited. If you have a larger apartment or home with multiple family members and/or pets, it would make more sense to invest in a more powerful cordless vacuum with more features and a separate handheld if needed.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Christine—we’re glad you liked the handheld performance and innovative design, but we understand the limitations you experienced with features and usability. For the upright machine, keeping the brush and air path clear and using steady, slower passes can help improve pickup and overall performance. If you’d like help getting the most out of your machine or have questions, please reach out to BISSELL support at support.bissell.com or 1‑800‑237‑7691.

Handy lightweight vacuum
on June 30, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed by the lightweight design of this vacuum. There was really no assembly required out of the box. It’s very easy to maneuver, so much so that my daughters fought over who got to vacuum their bedroom. The suction is strong enough to pick up any mess around our house, which is mostly crumbs and dog hair for us. Yet, the suction is not too aggressive to where it catches on the edges of our area rugs like some vacuums do. We have a robot vacuum that runs every night, but it’s nice to have a super strong corded vacuum to deep clean and a lightweight cordless to deal with small messes or touch up in between. This definitely fits the bill. One small pass around our floors and it collected so much! I appreciated the on/off button and not having to hold down a lever or button the whole time as well as the ability to turn off the spinning roller with the push of a button for hard surfaces. These details make a huge difference in how easy it is to make a quick pass over the floors of the house. It’s easy to empty the dust compartment and get everything back together. My favorite feature is the mini handheld vacuum that pops right out for tiny messes or getting to hard to reach places. My kids love this thing for cleaning up their messes. It’s so much easier than the broom and dust pan for their crumbs and art table scraps. The attachments are handy for couch crevices, under the refrigerator, and for furniture. The handle of the vacuum folds down for smaller storage, but I don’t find that it makes a difference for us. The handle folding forward does make it easier for getting under furniture and making the process seamless. I like that there are not extra parts needed to convert it flat like that. I have another vacuum that you can add an extra piece to have it lay flat to get under furniture and I never end up bothering to use the feature, so it’s a bigger plus than I would have thought. My one complaint about this vacuum is the charging cable. It’s fine and does the job, but I would love to set it down in a charging home or hang it on the wall rather than taking the 5 extra seconds to fix the plug into the vacuum. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Other than that, I was really pleased with this vacuum and know it will be the one I reach for daily!

Love the detachable handheld
on June 30, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot I really like about this vacuum. I love the color. Having a light cordless vacuum is amazing for our stairs as we have quite a lot that seem to always be full toddler crumbs and dog hair. It’s also easy for my toddlers to use when they want to help. It works well on slate, hardwood, and several of our area rugs. Being able to quickly remove the handheld for certain spaces is an amazing feature. The 20ish minute charge is pretty appropriate for most tasks I get to at any particular time. Note we also own a robot vacuum so this compliments it pretty well.
Some areas to consider the brush cannot be used on any of our washable area rugs, it starts sucking some of it in then immediately shuts off. The handle bends both ways to support going under surfaces, but it’s still too big around the filter to go under any of our dressers more than halfway. It comes with a mount for the wall, but doesn’t have a way to store the crevice tool or upholstery tool. All in all I think it matches our current needs really well with our robot vacuum however I don’t know that I would have purchased it at it’s current retail price.

Great lightweight Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thoroughly enjoying my Readyclean cordless 10.8v vacuum.
First of the color is spectacular! I live by the beach and the beautiful turquoise color looks spectacular in my home! The design is perfect for my life! The detachable dust buster works great on little jobs like picking up sand! The vacuum is super light and sleek, super easy for me to clean my stairs and getting under my furniture.
The suction power worked for me with everyday messes. It was also so easy to use and charge. I use it several times a day!
I think what I liked most about this vacuum is its versatility. It easily gets under furniture and I found I used the smaller vacuum for smaller jobs a lot!

Impressive Lightweight Vacuum
on June 30, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed by this lightweight cordless vacuum! It is so easy to maneuver, my 7 year old did it with ease! The suction power was surprisingly great and cleaned up everyday messes, crumbs, and even did great with dog hair. It can be emptied and cleaned out with one hand, so much less cumbersome to open up than other vacuums. I love that everything is very simple to use with this vacuum, and the design of how flat the vacuum lays is so convenient for under furniture. It's best on wood floors, but goes over rugs well, just not quite as strong of a suction on rugs. It's also like 2 vacuums in one as it separates into a handheld vac with different attachments! I really like this vacuum and recommend to others! My only complaints are that sometimes dog hair seems to clog up the canister and impact suction especially going over rugs/mats, so I find I'm emptying it a little more often. Also the description is very accurate that the battery life is 20 minutes, so I appreciated knowing that and for me it was mostly enough to get my whole downstairs clean, but that is one thing I would want to be improved in an ideal world.

Great portable vacuum for everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vacuum to have in any home! It is very versatile with more power than you would expect for such a small vacuum. It is lightweight and easy to move around the home for anyone. The flexibility and versatility of the design were well thought out. Not only does this little vacuum have impressive suction strength, but it has additional tools to make it a go-to for any messes. The main vacuum head has rotating bristles which you don't normally see for a vacuum of this size. You have the option to turn the rotating bristles on or off while using. It comes with two more attachments, I only wish it came with another one or two as it is great for cleaning. Additionally, the arm of the vacuum has a feature allowing it to bend and reach those hard to reach places under furniture which is a huge bonus! Finally it quickly and easily converts into a handheld vacuum with impressive strength. It is easy to clean and easy for even the kids to use! Definitely a vacuum worth having in a home that needs a tool for quick and easy clean-ups!

PERFECT everyday vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest 2 in 1 vacuum! Just take off the handheld piece and get the upper areas and furniture then replace and continue vacuuming the floor. Works excellent on hard surfaces, picks up my little dog fuzz balls and dust, along with all the random kid debris. Really low profile on the head of the vacuum, fits under my cabinets and most chairs, beds, and couches. Very lightweight, easy to grab and do a quick clean up. Battery lasts long enough for any job I’ve needed!
