Great versatile little vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a powerful and versatile cordless vacuum, this one is that. The suction power is really quite strong and the spinning brush in the bottom doesn’t stop spinning when it hits carpet (which is a big win for me). My favorite part, personally, is the way the middle of the vacuum easily pops out to use as a handheld vacuum. Another really cool feature is the 2 way handle. It bends smoothly but awkwardly downward so you can get underneath the couch, larger tables etc more easily. I found it really neat that the handle does that, though I don’t use that feature as much as I thought I would. My arm was still aching by the end of vacuuming my entire house for 15 minutes straight so it could be even more lightweight (if that would even be possible). It seems to run for the course of my vacuuming which is about 15-20 minutes total. It’s also can be stored away super compact; as the handle folds down for great storage! This is a solid, solid vacuum to have in your home.

Lightweight and Convenient Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V is a fantastic vacuum for quick and easy cleanup. Overall, I am impressed with how simple it is to use and store. I find myself cleaning more frequently due to the mobility of the unit. The fact that it can become a handheld vacuum makes it perfect for using on my stairs and in my car. It addition, because it is so lightweight, my children are happy to help clean up, which is a huge bonus. While the reservoir is small, it is no problem because it is super easy to dump and clean the filter. The suction strength works really well on hardwood floor. It is not powerful enough to do a true clean on our shag style rugs and carpet areas. This vacuum does not serve as our primary vacuum for deep cleaning but is the perfect supplemental vacuum that I find myself reaching for more often. It can reach under our couch and the attachments make the handheld perfect for hard to reach spots. The battery is decent. It can clean all of the spots I need in my home before it dies. I pretty much keep it on the charger to make sure it is ready to go at any time. My favorite part of this vacuum is how easy it is to move from room to room and even level to level in my home. Messes are easier to tackle thanks to this cordless vacuum!

Mediocre Sidekick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I had high hopes for the portability of this cordless vacuum, it’s difficult to garner much enthusiasm as its suction power doesn’t offer much beyond a surface cleanup. Think of the job accomplished by those powerless rolling sweepers frequent in daycares and nurseries in the 90s and that’s what you can expect from its ability to handle much debris, picking up some hair and crumbs but seemingly discriminating against others.The battery life only lasted about the time it took me to vacuum my car, which was convenient instead of hauling out the big vacuum, but it only did a cursory job and then required several hours to recharge. Thankfully, the filter is intuitive and simple to empty and clean. So granted, I will likely still keep it on hand because it takes up such little space, especially when the handle is folded down, and is a great way to engage and teach younger kids to be helpful, letting them vacuum alongside mama and take responsibility for simple cleanups after crafts or meals.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice for Quick Clean Ups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the small, lightweight design of the vac. I also like the way you can take the handheld part out. The suction strength was fine, not amazing, but it did the job. I have picked this vac over my others when I just needed to clean up something really quick when my kids eat or craft. Getting under furniture is a breeze with the bending feature. The only real con I have with this vac is the fact that it comes with 2 attachments but no where to store them. This just means I will lose them if they are not directly attached to the vac. Overall, I really enjoy having the easy to use vacuum for quick cleanups.

Lightweight and Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V is lightweight, easy to assemble, and simple to maneuver. It includes interchangeable attachments for different surfaces, and its lightweight design makes it easy to carry throughout the house. The suction effectively picked up food, dog hair, dirt, and other debris on hard floors, and its slim design fit easily under furniture such as chairs, couches, and tables.
My favorite features are the longer battery life, quick assembly, and lightweight design, which make it convenient for everyday cleaning. There is a handheld option for smaller surfaces to get into smaller nooks and tougher surfaces. All those components are key when I am making the decision on which option to use to clean everyday messes. However, the vacuum consistently powered off when used on rugs or carpet, even after trying multiple carpeted surfaces.
Overall, I would rate this vacuum 3 out of 5 stars. It performs well on hard floors, but the inability to clean carpets without shutting off is a significant drawback.

Surprised it cleaned up dog hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Lab that sheds like crazy, so dog hair is everywhere in my house. I wasn’t sure how a lightweight cordless vacuum would do, but it’s actually been great for everyday cleaning. It picks up all the hair, crumbs, and dirt without any issues.
I like that it’s light enough to grab whenever I need it instead of dragging out my big vacuum. It’s easy to get under the couch and around furniture, which is where all the dog hair seems to collect.
Overall, it’s been really convenient and does exactly what I need it to for quick cleanups. If you have pets and just want something easy to use every day, I’d definitely recommend it.

Help with the cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V vacuum! I already had a heavy duty deep cleaning vacuum but I avoided regular clean ups because it was heavy and the kids couldn’t use it.
Now the kids beg to clean the floors with this easy to use and lightweight vacuum. It is durable and I don’t feel like the plastic housing over the brush or the canister would crack if my kids didn’t treat it gently.
The suction isn’t super powerful and it does not work well in high pile carpet but on lower pile carpet and any hard surface it works wonders. I find that when running it across my hardwood and LVP floors it is more effective than a broom- not only does it pick up the bigger things and dried food items but it is exceptional at gathering dust. I do live in a partial desert and yet I’m amazed how much dust and dirt get picked up by this little vacuum with daily use.
I love how versatile this unit is- with the fold down handle I can store it in my camper without needing a tall space, it runs 20 minutes solid before needing a charge, I can quickly detach it from the handle and get those small spaces in the car or in the cupboards and window/door sills and then go right back to the floors with a snap.
The clear canister is so convenient to see when it needs to be emptied. The process to empty the canister and dust off the filters is so simple even my children can do it as part of the floor cleaning chore- another thing off my list to do.
The auto shut off when something stops up the suction or brush is another HUGE bonus in the longevity of this vacuum.
Cons: to charge the handheld portion of the vacuum has to be attached to base.

Great cordless lightweight vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V is a wonderful vacuum. It's sleek, lightweight, beautiful, plus easy to use and clean. The color is vibrant and it's easy to assemble. I love that it's cordless and also doubles as a dust-buster with a brush and stick attachment for hard to reach places. It's powerful, but I wish it had two power settings for a stronger suction as well as a headlight like my other Bissell has. Otherwise, it's a great easy-to-use option and works wonderfully!
