You Need This Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this vacuum as I have a very bad neck and back and find most vacuums to be too heavy. The ReadyClean Cordless 10.8V is so lightweight, and I love that it can be a handheld vacuum or an upright vacuum that also has the ability to bend and be used under hard to reach furniture. It charged quickly, was easy to put together and is powerful for being so lightweight. My house has a mix of tile and carpet and it's nice to have a vacuum that can easily be used for both. I have been keeping it in my kitchen as it is perfect for a quick pick up of messes, but it can also be used for a full on cleaning of the house. The suction works well for any time of clean up. It's convenient I don't have to move furniture to vacuum underneath it and can just bend the vacuum to get those hard to reach spots. I highly recommend this vacuum, and the pop of color on it and the small size are an added bonus!

Powerful for a light vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect vacuum for our 2nd floor. It's incredibly light and easy to grab for quick cleaning (hair, dust bunnies, small crumbs, etc). I love how simple it is to swap it from an upright to a handheld vac. I was most impressed with the suction of it for such a small machine. It got hair that was imbedded in a rug that other vacuums could not. I think the spinning grabber in it was the key to sweeping them up. This works much better on smooth surfaces, as it struggled over on of my more textured rugs. I think my only real issue is it doesnt turn and swivel as easily as I would like, making it not as seamless when you are vacuuming tight corners and around furniture.

Great Little Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this Bissell ReadyClean cordless vacuum I was stoked! I already have a full size vacuum, but I needed something smaller for quick cleanups. The fact that this stick vacuum has the added bonus of a detachable hand vac makes it nearly perfect for my needs.
Out of the box, the ReadyClean was super easy to set up and charge. For being cordless, it offers a powerful suction and I like that you can turn the brush roll on and off, depending on the surface you are vacuuming. I also LOVE that it flattens out enough to reach under my sofa, beds, and dressers. I have used the ReadyClean on hardwood floors, tile, and flat weave area rugs. Where I ran into trouble was my smaller flat weave rug by the front door. The suction is too powerful to successfully use there. Can’t complain about too much suction though, can we?!
The ReadyClean sucked up MOST, but not all, debris around the house. I found that there is not enough clearance to pick up bigger pieces of crumbs left behind by my children. For that, I simply detach the hand vacuum and it works like a charm.
Speaking of the hand vacuum, I experienced a dumping of debris when I disconnected an attachment from the hand vac. (So then I just vacuumed it up again.) I also found that I needed to hold it at a specific angle for it to pick up the mess. The hand vac seems to work much better for me when I use an attachment. I do wish there was a place on the stick vacuum itself to store the attachments so they would always be at the ready.
Overall, I really like the Bissell ReadyClean. Aside from a few small changes I would make, it really works well for my family (and my kids can use it too)!

Great vacuum for everyday and light cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Ready Clean Cordless vacuum! It is so lightweight that sometimes I need to reign in how hard I am pushing. It is also easy to maneuver and with just a quick click it will lay flat to get under tables, chairs, etc. I have five longhaired dogs in my house and keeping the never ending dust bunnies of dog hair from my floor is a pain. This lightweight, cordless vacuum has been a game changer. It is easy to pick up and run over the floors quickly every day to keep the dog hair to a minimum as opposed to my weekly cleanings with a bigger, bulkier corded vacuum. Although, I still find it necessary to use the bigger corded vacuum once every other week. The Ready Clean Cordless vacuum does a good job of picking up quick, easy messes but for a deeper clean a higher suction is required. The battery does a great job if I recharge after every use. I haven't needed to stop a cleaning to recharge yet. It is also very easy and convenient to have the handheld vacuum so easily accessible for the furniture. The brush roll switch is quick and easy to access while cleaning. This little vacuum may be small but it picks up a lot. Every time I use it I dump a full canister. I also love how the Ready Clean Cordless vacuum folds down for easy storage. All in all it is a powerful, little vacuum with everything needed to keep a small place clean easily and I would highly recommend for those who like to keep a clean house daily.

Mom Friendly

I’ve used it on my stairs, upstairs and downstairs without needing to recharge, carried it to the neighbors house for a quick clean up while house sitting their bird, and pull it out whenever the kids are done with a meal or snack to clean up any crumbs. I’ve even vacuumed the couch!
The suction is strong enough for bare floors and low pile rugs, but not so much for a deep clean on your carpet floors or high pile rugs. The handle flexes with a quick click of the button and suddenly the vacuum magically bends down and fits perfectly under furniture, saving your back from strain!
The removable hand vacuum is a great feature and I love how easy the entire vacuum is to keep clean. Even the colors are fun!
My kids find it easy to use as well since it’s so light weight. I’d definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone, especially my mom friends and those of us with physical limitations. Traditional vacuums are just so heavy and awkward. This one checks all the boxes for ease of use and quick clean ups.

Good for light vacuuming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I thought the vacuum worked ok. I have a toddler, a double coated dog, host a lot and in general use the vacuum nearly daily. It is very consistent, despite multiple daily uses there hasn’t been any diminish in its power or ability to pick up debris. Additionally, I do love that it’s low profile, easy to store and the separate vacuum is great for the car or couches.
Because we use the vacuum a lot, I will say it’s not as strong as other types. In high traffic areas or big messes you need to go over the same area a few times. Additionally because it is a smaller profile, it needs to be cleaned out more often - but that’s the sacrifice for a smaller profile vacuum. What I found the most use for it was if I needed to do a quick vacuum before company came over or if I needed to clean up the high chair, car or couches.
Additionally, the buttons are quite big and feel like someone who is older and has arthritis would have an easy time pushing the buttons and maneuvering the vacuum. In fact, I’ve actually recommended it for my husbands grandmother as it will be easier for her to store, she has a single coated dog and it’s very light weight and easy for her to work.
In short, I think this is meant for light messes and would be perfect for the elderly or those looking for a quick light clean

This vacuum was lightweight and very useful

it was extremely easy to maneuver and slide into small spaces cleaning up messes. For example, cat litter was extremely easy to get rid of due to its dynamic design. I thought the overall strength and durability of the vacuum suction was good, but not superb. I think the vacuum will work in almost every situation aside from certain extreme messes that need cleaning up. In addition, I will say that the lightweight and simple design made it extremely easy to move around the house quickly and even get underneath furniture and in tight spaces without any problems. Overall, this vacuum worked very well and was able to clean and get rid of a variety of messes very efficiently and easily, and I think this vacuum is a very solid choice for most homes and apartments.

Awesome for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited about this vacuum because it is so light to move the vacuum up and down the stairs without having to carry the heavier one up the stairs. We also discovered that my 11 year old daughter loves to use this little vacuum and has enjoyed taking over some vacuum duties, which is great! This a very small vacuum, but it works really well and was able to do our main floor without an additional charge. It is very easy to empty and it takes up very little space in our storage closet. I find myself using this a lot and it's is very quick and handy. We have a robot for daily vacuuming, but this is really great to get out for small messes or to do a quick clean up. It's very light so I don't mind pulling it out for quick clean ups often. I feel this like this helping our whole family keep our house cleaner.
