This vacuum maybe made it a year. It's held onto the hinge by 1 tiny screw. Otherwise, battery life wasnt terrible. Charging was pretty slow though. Power was adequate for low pile rugs/carpet or bare floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t work all that well, basically just a hand vacuum disguised as something more. Suction is pretty bad and it fills up extremely quickly so you’ll have to dump it more than once if you vacuum more than one room at a time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My old 10.8 Stick vacuume the brush stopped running, so I bought a new one, after doing this I get a email saying if I buy a new one I will get a 20% discount if I buy a new one, and I replied I have already bought a new one and would appreaciate the 20% discount and get another e mail stating we cannot do that. then I found a wire on my old one was off the pin and I soldered it back on and now the brush works on the old one and I now have 2, 10.8 stick vacuums but Bissell would not issue a refund for me buying the new one after sending me a email saying because I bought it before they sent the offer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
