Don’t do it, y’all !!

I LOVE Bissell … up until I bought this “vacuum”. I’m going to be blunt here, this thing makes me so mad lol, I end up cussing into the void and give up. It doesn’t work lol. Doesn’t matter if it’s carpet or hard surface - it turns off after about 30 seconds. The filter is clean, there’s nothing in the thing, it’s fully charged and still it does NOT work. Aarrrgggg. I wish I had been able to buy the same one I’ve owned 3 times. It has a long handle and a little vacuum part and it was powerful. I vacuumed my whole house and furniture and everything lol. One of them lasted 9 years.
Anyways … do not, I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this model. It’ll make you incur therapy bills every week.
I’m most upset that I don’t have the box of the receipt for this thing so I basically threw my money in the trash 😩 Darn it, Bissell … whyyy??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess I had higher expectations for this product. It's pretty much a dust buster on a stick. It did not work well on my floors. I have 2 labs and it didn't pick up much. Low suction power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really good vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum works really good it sucks up all the dirt & hair from the floor I used the hoes attachment to get all the stuff the vacuum can't reach like the corners of the walls & the cracks between the floor & walls it took it all up it definitely has power to it I would recommend it to anyone who has pet's with hair all over there home or even if yu don't have pet's it also worked on the kitchen floor definitely worth trying it to see if yu like it

Convenient for the everyday little messes

My favorite feature is the handle that folds inwards so that you can clean under low tables, sofas, and beds without having to bend down or squat. I have back aches often and this feature is a backsaver. I also like that it in is cordless and pretty light so I can manuever it around well. My only concern is whether the battery will last for many years or not. I need to use a lot more strength to push this across rugs, especially my thicker wool rug...so this may be suited better for hard floors. But, I like how I can easily detach the vacuum from the upright case and use it as a handheld for a quick sweep on upholstery and right corners. I wish this came with a light at the bottom and if it has a HEPA filter, that would be best. I did not see any mention of this regarding the filter so I assume it is not. I also feel like the two hose attachments are kind of flimsy and wish there was a place to store them on the vacuum itself. I foresee easily losing these attachments. I designate this for my daily cleaning around the home and reserve my corded vacuum for the heavy duty weekly cleanings.
