Great at first but then stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It sucked up actually really well. It allows you to turn on the spinner or not as well as easily disconnect to a handheld, however, used it on my kitchen twice before I could start getting it to turn on again really nice vacuum. If it continuously worked, I would buy it again if I knew it wouldn't stop working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well until it doesn't

I have owned two of these vacuums. About 15 months after purchase the vacuum will only run for a few seconds after pressing the on/off button on the handle. It starts up then after ~3 seconds we get a red battery light and it shuts off. If I use it as a hand held vacuum it runs normally so it is not a battery issue. Very convenient that this happens so soon after the warranty expires. Hey Bessel I think you folks have a reliability issue in that on/off switch. If it was accessible I'd fix it but I tried with the first one and to get to the switch you have to destroy the handle. Would NOT recommend this product.

Best vacuum for pet owners!

I have one dog who is a pretty heavy shedder and even with multiple uses everyday it cleans it up completely every time I use it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a dog and he has begun to shed greatly. This little vacuum really gets up the dog hair. It's easy to empty the cup of hair and other things. The only little thing that annoys me is that when fully charged it flashes the green light every minute. Since it is next to the tv, we see it blink every minute. That is a minor issue and recommend this light weight vacuum highly. So far, so good.
