[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is not a vacuum. its a Dustbuster on a stick. I have had it for 2 weeks and it dies constantly even after being fully charged. you have to constantly fix the rolling brush according to the troubleshooting videos. it was a terrible purchase and I hope I can return it. Have to lug it back to the store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our dog has severe allergies causing him to shed large amounts of hair and dander. This suction is strong enough to pick up all this. The size of the stick vacuum is perfect for these small rugs without running out of debris storage and battery power. I am very satisfied with the great job it does. This vacuum is a big improvement over my old Bissell Bolt.

Great at first but then stopped working

It allows you to turn on the spinner or not as well as easily disconnect to a handheld, however, used it on my kitchen twice before I could start getting it to turn on again really nice vacuum. If it continuously worked, I would buy it again if I knew it wouldn't stop working.

Works well until it doesn't

I have owned two of these vacuums. About 15 months after purchase the vacuum will only run for a few seconds after pressing the on/off button on the handle. It starts up then after ~3 seconds we get a red battery light and it shuts off. If I use it as a hand held vacuum it runs normally so it is not a battery issue. Very convenient that this happens so soon after the warranty expires. Hey Bessel I think you folks have a reliability issue in that on/off switch. If it was accessible I'd fix it but I tried with the first one and to get to the switch you have to destroy the handle. Would NOT recommend this product.
