I purchased a 8 cup food processor. I got it home and unpacked it and a attachment was missing. I plugged it in and nothing! I will be returning it for a refund tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The good processor works well, After several uses, the plastic tab on the lid that ensvles it to lock closed has broken. I don’t have the receipt, as it was a gift and feel it should not have broken with regular use so quickly. I cannot find a way to replace the lid so it can be used either...so frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for my girlfriend as a gift and the first time using it was fantastic. The second time she went to use it, the little plastic tab snapped off. It seems from reading other reviews that this is a common occurrence. Pretty disappointing...

When hand washing, water gets in the handle and stays there for days. I would not put the plastic container bowl in a dishwasher. It is a design flaw. There seems to be no way to drain or dry out the condensation inside the handle. Eventually the screw securing the handle to the bowl will rust. Unsanitary.
