Broom head too stiff to sweep under kitchen cabinets. Doesn't slide smoothly over carpets. Difficult to clean filter. I am returning broom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had very high hopes for this product as many of the reviews and commercials made it look like a great solution for hardwood floors. It has poor suction and for whatever reason does not pick up as desired. We purchased the slippers that came with the bundle and they are GREAT but the broom vac needs to be revisited in the testing lab as there is still so much left on the floor. Highly disappointed. Do not recommend.

Best of both worlds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Dirt Devil Sweep and Vacuum broom vac. You know when you sweep with a broom and pan how it leaves a little line of dirt. With this broom vac it will suck it up. No painful bending over, the broom vac will get it. Rechargeable and the filter is reusable. It also comes with a hang placement for when it's not in use. Overall one of the best cleaning tools ever.

Very satisfied with the Broom Vac

Dirt Devil sent me the Broom Vac as a complimentary gift to try and review. The product was easy to put together, and the assembly was straightforward. I decided to test it on my apartment floor since it hadn't been swept in a few days. The Broom Vac worked perfectly and was way more convenient than using a broom. I was able to sweep all the crumbs/dirt into a pile and vacuum it up in a matter of seconds. I immediately put my broom and dustpan in the closet afterwards lol.

This product is perfect to clean up hardwood floors. I always have it handy for quick clean ups!! Can easily be stored because of how compact and light it is!
