This product is very easy to use and the combination of a broom and vacuum allows for a better clean up. Sometimes you need a strong vacuum to pick up something small or somewhat sticky. The broom portion takes care of that problem. It's designed for a quick pickup and the cost should be affordable to everyone. This compliments my electrical corded vacuum.

Dirt devil sent me this product to try and I was really excited to test it out! I have hardwood floors that always seem to be dirty with crumbs, dirt, and other things from our very active household. I hate the broom I have and the cheap vacuum we have just pushes things around ineffectively. This broom vac pushes things towards its center and sucks them up powerfully, which is really great. It's really quiet, easy to screw-in to assemble, and came in a small box which was nice. It doesn't take up much space in my closet either. In conclusion, I would purchase this vacuum for a quick and easy cleaning solution for hard floors.

Funnily enough- I lost my dustpan when moving! I had been using my broom and the. Running my vacuum over the piles of dirt to clean it up. (I know, just buy a dust pan you're probably thinking!) Instead- I stumbled across this product and it had changed the way I think about cleaning. Not only has it made cleaning much more efficient for me, it had also made my cleaning supplies closet a lot cleaner! Instead of multiple products for the same function, I can do both sweeping and vacuuming at the same time. This has been a lifesaver in the kitchen as well as on other hard surfaces in my apartment. Highly recommend to anyone who consistently finds themselves putting off cleaning because it's such a hassle. This product makes it easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really sounds like a great idea and I was so looking forward to using the Dirt Devil Broom Vac. The pros are that it looks good, it's lightweight and I love that it has a washable and reusable filter. Now the cons. I don't know if I was holding it wrong when I was using it (I held it a bit tilted like I would a broom) but it was not easy to use. It sweeps well but the vacuum's suction was not very powerful. It took many runs over the food crumbs, etc. to get most of them. It does not reach corners in my kitchen and it doesn't fit under the couches. It was taking me so long my hubby got annoyed and told me to just use an actual broom! I received the vac for free from BzzAgent for my honest review; if I had actually paid for it I unfortunately would have returned it because it didn't work like I had imagined it would. I would not recommend as is.

It handled those small messes well on linoleum. It's a good vacuum for the price but I am unsure how it would handle large jobs. *this item was received free for an honest review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dirt Devil Broomvac has made daily tidying a breeze. Because it holds a charge for a long time, I can reach for it everytime I need to sweep and know that it will do the job. My floors are always clean because it's so easy to sweep up any size mess quickly and easily. No need to grab a dustpan or bend down and sweep, while holding the dustpan. Because of the broom/vacuum combination, the act of sweeping requires much less energy. In fact, the Dirt Devil Broomvac works best for me when I sweep in a slower, more deliberate action. The vacuum works best when the broom is slightly tilted in one position. It was a bit of a learning curve for me because it is so much easier to use than a regular broom. I love this thing! It's easy to empty and clean, and very lightweight. It's just so handy to have... works for stray kitty litter, too. The Dirt Devil Broomvac is a modern must-have in every home.

I received this product to review. It was very easy to assemble. It arrived fully charged which was a big plus! I have 2 dogs that shed and am continually sweeping dog hair and dirt. Clean up is quick! This product has eliminated the need for a broom and dust pan!
