I've read a few reviews and as far as I'm concerned the product works at advertised. Doesn't pick up the debris? Angle the suction port closer to the floor... problem eliminated. Dust cup hitting the furniture you're trying to get under? Flip the broom over in the other direction. These are simple solutions to silly problems. There's a bit of a learning curve because you can't use it like a broom or a vacuum. But once you figure it out the product does what it's intended to do. I work on and repair vacuums on the side and personally own over 100 different ones. I have no complaints with this product.

You have to have the opening right over what you are trying to pick up otherwise you have to keep going over and over and over the vacuum does not pick up the with of the broom. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dirt Devil gave me this model to try out and I love it! I've had a devil (excuse the pun) of a time trying to find the best way to clean up our cat's litter outside the box. With the broom vac I can sweep up the litter with the ease of a broom, then vacuum up the pile without stooping to deal with a dust pan! I do wish the broom cornered more easily and the price is a smidge high, but I am a big fan of using the broom vac!

Love the feel of the vacuum- little wheels in the back help it glide across the floor. Gets the tight spots under counters and refrigerator. Powerful to get little things, dog hair, heavier stuff too. The brush in front helped me unstick debris from the floor before vacuuming up. Very very light weight- so easy. Also cute design so it's fun to use.

I suggest to raise the motor bc it cant go under areas

Thos is a nice product however i cannot get under areas bc the motor unit is too close to the ground so i cant sweep under things. Also please make the bristles longer and more of a broom like material. Great concept
