[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not sweep/vacuum sand like it shows in the commercial. You have to brush it together and then go over the area like three or four times to pick it all up. Not he dirt devil quality I am accustomed to. Disappointed

I use this vacuum in my elementary classroom. The students drop breakfast and scraps throughout the day and it's an easy fix by using the boom vac to clean up the messes. I also tried to use it on our classroom rug. You cannot use it as a regular vacuum but to pick up things on the carpet you just simply pull the broom vac towards you and it cleans up the mess!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Dirt Devil Sweep and Vacuum broom vac. You know when you sweep with a broom and pan how it leaves a little line of dirt. With this broom vac it will suck it up. No painful bending over, the broom vac will get it. Rechargeable and the filter is reusable. It also comes with a hang placement for when it's not in use. Overall one of the best cleaning tools ever.

I'd definitely consider buying this product if you are a busy person and looking for easy ways to maintain your home and have time for other things. Luv how quick and easy it was to assemble! It's lightweight and great for those of us with arthritic fingers! Finally a super convenient way to clean between and behind my washer and dryer! This broom vac is also a great item for college students for their dorm rooms or apts and a great tool to use to teach kids an easy way to help with chores!
