Nice but not perfict

In the description it said 40dB sound and on the unit it says 52dB.
So I hope it will let me sleep on low fan.

Feedback regarding the unit

Well, only on our second day of use. First day, it ran all day and night. Cooled our garage to only 79 degrees, even though set the temperature to 75 degrees.
On our second day, today, the unit seems to be working but the lid, the black top which opens when it runs and I thought it closed when the unit reaches the temperature it is set for. I know the lid closes when you turn it off, but I want it to close when it is in "rest" mode.

I haven't actually used it as of yet, but hooked it up and turned it on just to make sure it works. I noticed that it runs quite and I love that. The last air conditioner I had sounded like a Diesel truck and train put together.
