I have only been using it for a couple of days, but it is great so far! My apartment gets really hot during warmer days (like 10 degrees warmer than it is outside) and holds the heat. Not only is it cooler, it feels less humid and the air is fresher. I’d give it 5 stars, but I’ve only had it 2 days.

I just installed it but I’m already impressed. Our AC and Heating is completely out in my house. I bought this portable unit to put in my room and as soon as I installed it cold air blew and my room cooled off in 10 minutes. I will write an update once I’ve had it for awhile but so far so good. Highly recommend ?
