Set up was relatively easy, everything sealed up properly and most everything needed was included. One note, if you live in a high humidity area like me in the south, you will need to have the included drain hose connected and then run to a collection pan. Really simple and easy and I expect it shouldn't drain too much but we'll see. I am setting this up in a home office in my garage so I'm excited to get it going!!

Ive had a couple weeks now and it performs as described before I purchased it. It is rather quiet and certainly blows cold air. So far very pleased!
