We bought 2 of these air conditioner units, and they work great, we love them. But we're noticing, there is a mold buildup in the tubes that go out to the pan for drainage. Why is that? I soaked them in vinegar and water but i still see some.

I just set this up at our township hall to keep the building cool for government officials and residents attending meetings. Set up was quite easy.

The unit came packaged well, and seems quality so far. The set up was easy and the instructions are very clear and I’m running the unit and my studio apartment is already cooler.

impossible without smart phone, cannot scan warranty info. Phone number doesn't work, website offers no warranty options. Useless
