Works well. Keeps my west racing sunroom at a reasonable temp.
Only complaint is the sliding piece that goes into the window is flimsy. Doesnt fit well and pops out of place. Sticky weatherstrip would not stick and fell off without 2 hours. I was forced to use heavy duty duct tape to hold it in place.

Elevator mechanics room

Our elevator mechanics room was getting overheated because of the heat from the motors. This unit has greatly cooled down our room and kept it at a usable space to keep our elevator functioning properly.

I haven't used the unit yet. We bought it as a backup after going a 1½ weeks inan Arizona heat wave in August of 2025. AFTER receiving the unit last August it has been stored in original pkging until now. Our Ac went out again so I unpacked the unit and find a notice saying you didn't have the 14k unit available and gave us the 12k unit instead. The kind of info that we should have been told BEFORE ordering and paying for the unit. Hopefully this unit works better than your communication does.
