Great unit although very sensitive regarding stability on a rug. Needed something under it to support it.

We bought this to replace our window ac unit. This has made the outside appearance of our home look much better. So far so good, this AC is cooling as it should. We are very happy with this purchase and plan to purchase another one in the near future.
