So far so good! My wonderful neighbor recommended the a/c and help me install it. It took some creativity because we have crank out windows. But overall it works well for my bedroom.

My first impression was the packaging the best I’ve seen, very easy to remove from carton. Hooked up the exhaust hose to the window and the drain hose for continuous, plugged into electrical outlet then had very nice COLD air.
