Even though I bought, just got a new HVAC system, my upstairs does not get as cool as I like it to be. I purchased this air conditioner and hoping that it will cool my upstairs portion of the house

When I scanned the QR code it didn't load and struggled to load , I then had to type it in to Google and it still stalled a little to load but after refreshing the page it finally loaded.
