Good cooler, tricky maintenance

I've had this AC unit for about a year now, and it works well most of the time. The lower air intake grill on the back does not come with a dust filter, so the lower cooling fins inside get clogged with dust quicker than the rest. When they get clogged it no longer evaporates away water fast enough and will fill up if you run it for too long, and then it will create a puddle on your floor, even if you have the continuous drain hose connected to an external bucket. The most recent time I cleaned it it did not seem to fix the issue, and the internals are so crammed tight I cannot self diagnose the problem any further

Just turned the unit on for the 1st time. seems to be working as advertised. Fitting into the window was straight forward. Better insulated window panels would help along with thicker foam insulation.

Haven’t used yet but for it to be 14K BTU I was expecting it to be larger and it was smaller which is nice because it won’t take up too much room. Only complaint is we had to cut the part that goes into the window because our windows are narrow and this was too long for it to fit. I’ll update review once it gets used
