Unit working good so far. I purchased an extended warranty but has not received any info or policy. Wat is going on. Do I need to cancel policy or keep it. Thanks

Setup was easy. Very attractive design, and the remote works well with the unit. Room temp very stable, and personal thermometer confirms temp setting on machine. Installing vent in window didn't have any hiccups.
