I purchased your Airo 14K portable air conditioner for my sun room. The room has a lot of glass so I got the largest AC I could and so far it has performed great. It keeps the room very comfortable.

I was afraid of getting a product that malfunctioned on day one because of rumors, but was very surprised by the initial performance of the device. Fresh out of the box it was impressive. Even on a lower setting it does very well. The set up was easy and everything works. It’s amazing.

Easy install, works great! My home office quickly became the coldest room in the house.
Suggestions:
1. Retractable power cord for longer extension.
2. Longer hose for drainage
3. Include a drainage pan
