Bought the 8K to cool down our house once our central AC went out. It came highly rated and was easy to put together. And now it’s been working like a dream. What a lifesaver during a super hot summer!

We purchased three units. For one unit, the AC cools but has developed a fan problem, which squeals and makes a very loud noise noise at times. The other two units work well.
