Hoping this 16k BTU will be sufficient for our space

We got the 14k btu model previously and it wasn't quite enough for our 710sqft great room. The 14k model did put out some very cold air just, it just had to work too hard if the room was already heated up taking half a day or more to cool the room down to 72 degrees
