Hello, We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with the Arrow T50ACD. If you haven't returned the tool yet, we recommend double-checking that you've loaded it correctly. Here's a link to the manual so you can verify: http://bit.ly/t50acd-manual. If you were attempting to fire repeatedly, a protection circuit will stop the motor and put the tool in fault mode, displaying a flashing red light. After the motor has had time to cool, the tool can be reset by turning power off and on.

Reupholstered four dining room chairs

What a great, easy product to use. If you're using a manual stapler, you're as stupid as I have been. For about 10 more dollars, grab this beast. You'll thank me and Arrow later.
