Hello, there. We're sorry you were disappointed with Arrow's T50ACD Compact Electric Staple Gun. When staples do not penetrate flush to the surface, there are a few things you can do. First, you can try a shorter staple size. Second, when working with a harder surface, you can place your hand on the cap of the tool while firing. Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought me this power stapler when I was re upholstering my dining room chairs because his manual staple gun was too difficult for me to shoot. This worked great! I had no problem holding the the fabric tight and stapling at the same time.

Great staple gun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old electric stapler after 30 yrs was not working that great so I I bought another Arrow to go with my manual stapler and it works great. Took it home and started into a project and it went great. Would buy another but I probably don't need one for 30 more years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The basic use I have for this stapler is to reinstall carpeting on wooden boat trailer rails. Use Arrow stainless steel staples. Together, the power and staples hold the outdoor carpeting, I hope for years to come.
