Needs pressure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helps a lot. It does need quite a bit of pressure from your other hand on it to get staples all the way in. I would get a more powerful one for sure.

This tool was designed to fire into a variety of soft wood and hard wood, including plywood, oak and MDF. While at times it may be helpful to place one hand on the cap of the tool while firing, like you described, we also advise choosing the shortest staple possible to achieve the penetration of 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch that's required for a secure hold. Choosing a staple that's longer than needed to achieve that can lead to the staple not firing flush into the surface or even staple jams.
However, we'd like to touch base with you about this directly to make sure we fully understand the issues you encountered since we do stand behind this tool with a warranty.

Great for household work.

Good stapler

Worked great for an economical fastener into the pine gift boxes that I made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T50ACD was a helpful tool in the making of our pine gift boxes. I used a 1/4” staple to fasten the eighth inch pine together and it did a great job of fastening and with it being electric my hand didn’t get tired. Just pull the trigger,

very good for reaphostering our kitchen chairs

Very good tool - loading is not intuitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a very good tool and it is working well.
I am insulating my floor and walls, driving genuine Arrow T-50 staples and it is working well. You definitely feel the "spiral drive" - it is a very positive nailing action.
I have a large collections of Arrow staple guns (T18, 25, 37, 50 and 50 Hammer-Tacker) and they all load the same way - except for this one.
I actually had to read the instructions to figure out how to load the gun.
Loading individual (or even double or triple) staples is a pain - especially when using short (1/4" & 3/8") fasteners.
Buy with confidence - but you have to read the instructions.

Good for revamping my old love chair
