Simple but need strength

I was unable to help my husband because you have to press down pretty hard to get the staple to really push in. It's a little difficult at first to line it up but once you get the hang of it you can push along quite nicely. We used it to build our chicken coop and for that it worked well. I would not recommend this if you need a heavy duty staple gun. Its only good for simple small projects. It worked well for what we needed it for.

To improve staple penetration when working with a hard wood like oak, plywood or MDF, it can help to place one hand on the cap of the tool while firing. Additionally, choosing the best staple size for your materials can also improve staple penetration. For example, we recommend using a 3/8-inch staple for chicken wire. Good power for my upholstery project.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely works best if you can put good hard pressure into the stapler. At times it would have been nice to have the staple come out right at the very edge instead of 1/2" away but mostly it worked very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this stapler to attach chicken wire to the fence faster, and it worked great. I started with my handheld non-electric model, but my daughter didn't have the strength to get the staples to sink all the way in. She was able to help me out with the use of this electric stapler and it cut the job in half.

It works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stapler for my wife, but now that I've seen it in use, I use it all the time. Original use was for her to fasten netting around her raised garden bed, to keep out critters. Easy to use and works great. Only problem was figuring how to load staples the first time.
