Just what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this staple gun to use to reupholster chairs for our dormitories, but when we needed to staple some non-skid runner to a platform this thing was the perfect tool. It's small but powerful, easy to hold, and gets the job done right the first time.
Pros: Flooring, Upholstery

Makes Things So Much Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am building an arcade room out in my barn so I had to insulate two walls with the rolled insulation. This sure did make things easier. I did this job by myself so would recommend 100 percent if that is the case. Had a few jams but nothing that made me concerned. Built well and was a price I felt comfortable with considering I'm only going to use a few times.
Pros: insulation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do DIY projects and am currently redoing the upholstery on my dining room chairs and my previous stapler decided to quit on me. My husband was at our local hardware store and saw this one and purchased it for me a a gift. I absolutely love it.

Good for doing my dining room chairs

I had an old swing line electric stapler and it worked pretty good but over the years it started falling apart because of decaying plastic. I purchased this model because of the brand name arrow. After I used it on my dining room chairs I found that over 20 years things do get better. This has a lot of power and versatility. Hopefully this stapler will last me more than 20 years. It's easy to handle and staples very well.
Pros: Upholstery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the T50ACD to staple canvas to stretcher bars. The stapler was a breeze to set up and use. I'm a photographer/artist and never used an electric stapler before but this was easy and effective. It was easy to set staples in any position where it would have been difficult to use a mechanical stapler. I'm glad I bought it.
Pros: mounting artist's canvas to stretcher frame

Dinning table chair reuphoistery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband had a T50 manual staple gun he got thirty years ago from his grandfather, it still worked, but it was wearing my hands out, when trying to reupholster some table chairs, my husband looked up some newer Arrow staple guns and found the T50ACD.
I bought the T50ACD and I love it, no pain to gain, just press down on the piece your working on and a push of a button.
Pros: Upholstery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I have an indoor cat who prefers to be outdoors. We built her a catio with treated 2×4's and chicken wire. No problems until we tried stapling the wire to top panel. Our fault. Bought the wrong type panel. Other than that, worked great! And our Josephine ...she is happy...now that she is sheltered from our neighboring hawks!
Pros: Crafting, General Repairs, Upholstery

Dining room chair reupholstery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product. Easy to use but for some reason, some of the staples didn't go all the way through and weren't flush with the fabric after I stapled them to the wood. Not sure if it was the stapler or because the fabric was too thick (faux leather).
Pros: Crafting, Upholstery

Hey there, we're so glad the T50ACD Compact Electric Staple Gun was helpful for your upholstery project.

What you described with staples can often happen if the staple being using is longer than needed to fasten project materials securely. Typically all you need is about a 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch penetration into the surface for a secure hold; we recommend choosing the shortest staple possible to achieve that.

However, if you were using a shorter staple like the 1/4-inch or 5/16-inch -- or if you have the same issues regardless of the staple size being used -- please give us a call at 800-776-2228 or email customercare@arrowfastener.com, and we will troubleshoot further with you.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback!
