Great design

Just bought the T50ACD after my old ETF50 wore out. It is so much better to load and handle. Very good design. Keep up the good work Arrow.

Inferior cord, gun didn't fire staples flush into wood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this staple gun was a disappointment. The electric cord was a stiff plastic that never straightened out, making it cumbersome to work with. Most importantly, the staples did not fire flush into the wood. My project is a large drying rack where screening had to be stapled into a relatively soft pine. Staples had to be hammered into place after sending them in with the gun - a time-consuming process.
Pros: screened drying rack
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes the issue described of the staple not firing flush can be resolved by trying a shorter staple; about 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch penetration is all that's needed for a secure hold.
However, we understand there may be other issues at play, so we'd like to touch base with you about this directly to troubleshoot further since this issue also sounds like one that may fall within our warranty for the T50ACD.

great product, great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Arrow Compact Electric Stapler T50ACD to refelt my pool table. The wood of the rails was very hard but the stapler worked good.
Pros: General Repairs, Hanging Targets, Upholstery, pool table reconditioning

I did have a little trouble with some of the staples crimping in the middle, but then I was more careful with placing the stapler head flat against the surface and pushing down while I stapled. Worked out great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Arrow staples for years in an old Craftsman stapler. Recently the old stapler failed and I upgraded to the T50ACD. I used it yesterday on a project and the ease of operation convinced me that I had purchased the right product. The safety features are good and I felt comfortable letting my young grandson use the stapler. I like it also because it allows me to get into some tight spaces.
