recovered dining room chairs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stapler worked pretty good except one end of the staple would not penetrate the wood and had to use an upholstery hammer to secure. The dining room chairs are very old so the wood may have been extra hard to penetrate. Next time I would use a more powerful tool. I used 5/16 staples, so maybe should have used 1/4. I'm a rookie, but did recognize Arrow brand as something dependable to buy.

Sometimes when working with a hard wood, it can help to place one hand on the cap of the tool while firing, as long as you can do so safely.
However, based on what you've described with one end of the staple not penetrating, this issue sounds like one that may fall within our product warranty, so we'd like to touch base with you about this directly.

wife loves her new T50ACD

Bought this for my wife's new project. She is recovering our breakfast room chairs. Unable to push the handle on my old manual stapler I told her I could fix the problem. She absolutely loves the new T50ACD.
