Very easy to use, comfortable grip

Excellent for small jobs

I sold my tools when moving cross country in 2014. Little by little the projects were needed along with a stapler. We are now getting ready to redo our kitchen chairs and this was an excellent fit. I know this will be used for many projects to come.

difficult to use

very hard getting used to safety feature, I know is a good feature, but hade difficult time getting it to fire in tight places.
Pros: insulation

All of our products that contain a contact safety are tested internally and by end users for functionality. It's helpful when working with this tool to be aware of the size and placement of the contact safety, and then place the tool accordingly so the contact safety will be pressed. Typically this is more a matter of positioning than force.
However, you are correct that it may be more challenging in tight spaces or with soft materials to fully depress the contact safety. Trying to limit the angle when firing may help, as well as changing the position of the tool (i.e. turning it upside-down).
