Great quality stapler

I bought a cheaper electric stapler and it kept jamming. I bought this one very reasonably priced and both my wife and I used it to reupholster an old chair. It worked great and never jammed or malfunctioned one time. It fired a staple every time. Was very easy to use and did a great job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this product easy to use and load. Only downfall is that the Staples do not go all the way in sometimes and I find myself going back with a hammer

Often the issue of staples not firing flush into a surface can be resolved by using the shortest staple possible to achieve the penetration of 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch required for a secure hold. When firing into a hard wood like oak, though, it may also be helpful to place one hand on the cap of the tool while firing if you can do so safely.
However, if you continue to have issues with staple penetration, please give us a call at 800-776-2228 or email customercare@arrowfastener.com, and we will troubleshoot further with you and find a solution!
As a side note, we noticed in your review that you indicated using this tool for projects involving wiring and Christmas lights. As stated in the tool's manual, do not use this tool for fastening electrical cables. It is not designed for electric cable installation and may damage the insulation of electric cables, thereby causing electric shock or fire hazards.

Great but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stapler because I had an older one, different brand, that I was never happy with and I am very happy with it. It’s fits comfortably in my hand and doesn’t require an extreme amount of pressure to get the stapler all the way into the hardwood that my current project has....and it was reasonably priced!

Great Stapler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used an air stapler but do not have a compressor anymore, so I did some research and settled on the electric Arrow----after all, the staple maker should make a good stapler. After using it I am very happy, it is very easy to use and sinks the staples well. It has good safety features and should work well for my upholstery work.
