Much easier

It works but it is plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were almost finished stapling insulation tabs to the studs in our attached garage when our 20 year-old arrow electric stapler died. We were disappointed about it failing because, although it was 20 years old, we used it maybe four times to change fabric on some chairs. We even had some of the original staples left, so it hadn't seen much use. So off to our local hardware store for a replacement... my husband picked up the Arrow Electric Stapler T50ACD, at five minutes before the store closed. When my hubby got home with the replacement, he looked at the bottom of the staple gun and saw that it was plastic! We needed to finish the insulation job, so we opened it and tried it. It worked, but if our metal one from time past died after less than 500 staples going through it, I can't imagine the plastic on this one holding up once hundreds of metal staples cycle through. If the arthritis in my hands wasn't so bad, I'd have finished the project with my (well over 20 years old) manual stapler. I gave two stars because it did work, but I'm very disappointed in the choice of plastic over metal in construction.

While there is a plastic latch at the back of the magazine, the magazine and the channel are metal. Regardless of design, though, we can assure you that we stand behind this product with a warranty, and we are always here to help our customers if they run into any issues with our tools.
Speaking of which, you mentioned an older electric staple that died after less than 500 staples running through it. We'd like to touch base with you to learn more about that, as well as to make sure your current tool is performing correctly.

Works great; easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! I have had other electric staplers that struggle to sink the staple. (We're working with aged popple. It can bend 16d nails.) This stapler works great. Sinks the staple everyrime.

Electric stapler is a life saver over a manual stapler

The thickness of the head made it easy to get in close to the edge of my work. I have had other staplers but this is my favorite because of the easiness of positioning the head.
